I have a i129f that has been approved and is at NVC right now. Can I cancel it, go to europe, get married and file DCF? In reading about the DCF it says that to qualify you have not applied for any other immigrant visas? She is Ukrainian so it appears that may be a faster route? thanks for help.

I'm contemplating divorce but can't afford to support 2 separate households. Can my wife get a Temporary Protected Status and work if we have already applied for AOS and are still waiting 8 months later? I wanted to wait until she could work, but on the other hand an annulment may be in order. Surely she wouldn't be forced to go back to Ukraine, so it should work in both of our favor. I can't believe the mess I'm in.

Hi We have received AOS2 approval (3/31)and so we are at NVC. So am I correct that I should be calling NVC to get assigned number to my case? Should i be "shopping" for the embassy in Europe that is the quickest? Ukrainians are being filtered through Frankfurt but I think i read on here that it was a slow go because of the volume. Are there particular embassies that tend to be quicker. Geography is not a problem as long as she can get there on a Ukrainian passport. You mentioned seeking expedited review in the Consulate. How does one go about that? thanks
