I need your help regarding Visa K-1 for a refugee from Ukraine currently in Warsaw, Poland. Our case has been in the works since April 6th, 2021, and we have now saw that it passed the NVC. When we had passed the NVC stage we received an email notification below. I do, however, have the following questions of our next steps:

1. We have not yet submitted the DS-160 form and I am unsure whether we need to submit it now or wait for the embassy in Warsaw, Poland to send us another notification?

2. How will the embassy in Warsaw, Poland contact us? Will this be via email or mail? Will they use the information filled out in the DS-160 form?

3. Where do we pay for fees due to the NVC or to the embassy? I have checked form DS-160 and there was no payment options anywhere.

4. How long (on average) can this process take and when could we expect a response from the embassy in Warsaw, Poland?

Not sure what these emails mean. I requested a transfer of my k-1 case from Frankfurt to Bucharest. yes, i know that I or she must reside in Romania for this to happen but I applied anyway. Here is the first email response.

When I click through it goes to the this page to set up an account and then an interview in Bucharest.

So, has my k-1 application been transferred to Bucharest? I wanted to transfer both the medical exam and interview to Bucharest - has this been approved?

The US Embassy returned to Lviv on May 2nd and press reports it should be back in Kyiv "within weeks" of returning to Lviv.

I am the petitioner for my stepchild in part 5 of course I have to put 1 on # 3 if you are currently married, but in # 6 if you have sponsored any other person I don't if I have to put 1 since I sponsored my husband but there is a note : Do not count any member of your household more than one.

Income you are using from any other person I am going to pur my husband but I don't know if he have to fill out a separate l 864.?
