US Immigration from Ukraine

My beneficiary is still waiting for vaccine and passport. I encouraged her to get written permission for my godson to travel. The father declined.

I know it is an attestation at the application stage. Is it required to get on the plane?

I submitted an I-134 on June 13 for a beneficiary, received a receipt notice on June14, then realized on June 20 that I didn't file separate I-134's for the two dependent children so I did that on June 20 and received receipt notices the same day. So I have all three cases pending right now. On June 21 I received two emails (gmail) saying action had been taken but on the u4u site there is no action. It still says N/A on all three cases under the "action taken" column. I then sent an email through the u4u website asking why i received an email saying action was taken when i don't see any action taken but have yet to receive a response. Has this happened to anyone else or am I missing something? Maybe I'm just being too impatient but from what I've read on other posts this process is usually very quick and mine doesn't seem too quick at all. Thanks!

I know we have to get TB tests, but I see nothing about where to submit the results. Does anyone of any insight on this? I called USCIS and they have escalated to Tier 2.

Now, interpreting the website, it almost is like that this is on your word based on the attestation form and there is no official channel to submit. Just thinking here.

Hi, does anyone know for what date are interview day for lR2 in Warsaw Embassy at this moment ? I trying to decide if I transfer my stepson interview from Frankfurt to Poland but I am want to make sure the interview date are not so far away in Poland.

I just received my stepdaughter green card that contains , in my opinion , error. She got 2 year green card instead of 10 year. Correct me, if I'm wrong. I and her mother got married on January 18th 2020. On my daughter's green card it says she's been resident since April 22nd 2022, which means she should be in IR2 category instead of CR2. Our marriage has been over 2 years when she became permanent resident. Should i file I-90 and tell USCIS that it is their mistake?? Any help is appreciated.
