US Immigration from Ukraine

I married my fiance who came to the US on K-1 visa from Ukraine. Applied for SSN after wedding and received the card with the text "Legally allowed to work with DHS Authorization" so can she work wherever she wants or have to wait for the green card process to start and get the EAD card at some point?

At my K-1 visa interview I was asked for petitioner divorce certificate and I didn t have it on me, I was given white slip 221g. The slip stating I must to submit marriage and divorce petitioner certificates and email the embassy after I have obtained all the requested documents and completed DS-260.

How do I submit the documents? As the interviewing officer told me to email the documents, after I sent them divorce certificate embassy answered that they confirm I need to mail original documents. I m very confused.

Also how do I complete DS-260 and why do I need to complete this form if K-1 visa requires DS-160. Moreover, I don t have invoice ID number to sign in and complete the form.

My wife and step-daughter just had their medical exams in Vilnius this past Monday. I cannot recommend this doctor with any greater enthusiasm. He provided extensive information via email prior to scheduling the appointment. He speaks Russian and perhaps Ukraininan. He also suggest my wife and daughter remain in Vilnius for the entire week in the event a follow-up appointment was needed. The cost was 250 euros each compared to 500 in Frankfurt, and the results are transferred electronically to Frankfurt.

I had two appointments in Frankfurt scheduled for July 5th. I made these several months ago prior to being DQ'ed because I was aware of the significant backlog. I just cancelled these so you may be able to book them if desired.

Hi I need some information about what are the requerement for Ukranians that have to go to USA Embassy in Frankfurt for the interview.

They need a visa for enter Germany?

They need to be vaccinated to enter Germany?

My beneficiary is still waiting for vaccine and passport. I encouraged her to get written permission for my godson to travel. The father declined.

I know it is an attestation at the application stage. Is it required to get on the plane?
