Need Urgent help on changing location

I had requested for our case to be sent to the Naples US Embassy and that's where we will do the remainder of this K-1 visa process. Does anybody know how to change the location from Poland to Italy? Do I even need to do this for an K-1 Interview in Italy? The Us Embassy in Italy said they would provide the appointment date and that the medical exam is one day before. This entire immigration process is completely broken and needs to be fixed. Appreciate help from anyone out there that may know the answers. Thank you so much... I-129f approved- Medical Exam and Interview?

I think I may have made a critical error. My I-129F for my Ukranian fiance was approved and sent to Frankfurt, Germany. The I-797 says it it valid from April 21- August 21. I received it on May 24 and sent it to my fiance telling her to make her appointments. She never made the appointments and here it is July 7 because she thought we had more time than 4 months and so did I. I didn't realize until a few days ago that there is a time limit on the I-129f approval.

Now I don't know what to do. I looked at the Frankfurt Consulate website and it says that the exam has to be done by one of the doctors listed in Frankfort but as far as I can see the earliest appointment is October 13 which is two months past our I-129f expiration date. If I am understanding this correctly. Or can she get an exam anywhere in Europe or even locally in Ukraine?

I was under the assumption that they were going to send her information in order to proceed and they finally did send her a letter that she received about 3 days ago saying that she can come to Frankfort for her interview. It's just this medical exam that is causing me a problem now.

Does anyone know anything about scheduling this medical exam and where it would be acceptable if her interview is in Frankfort?

Thank you for any response.

Hi all,

Please share flight experience for people who came here under U4U. What country did they fly from and to where in US? Was it a direct flight or with stops?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have married my fiance from Ukraine and I'm filling the I-485 form and got confused with these questions on the form. Appreciate your responses in the same order of my questions below:

1) What is that I need to enter for 25a? It is not taking numbers so couldn't type K1 (as mentioned in the I-94 for admission status)

2) What shall I enter for 27? I know married is not the immigration status so shall I enter K1

3) This doesn't apply to my wife, right? What I read and understood that derivative applicant is the spouse of the person applying for adjustment of status or a child below 21 year of age. Is my understanding right?

4) I should include our wedding too and answer, right?

5) Do I need to put in the I-129F K1 visa petition receipt number here?

6) Can I skip answering "Yes" or "No" for questions like 63b as I answered "No" to 63.a?

Thanks much in advance!

I have married my fiance from Ukraine and got the SSN card for her. I'm filling the I-485 form and got confused with these questions on the form. As she already got the SSN I should select "No" for 16. For 17, I should select "Yes" or "No". I lean towards "Yes" but need confirmation. Thanks!
