I see my wife was approved for the I-131 and I-765 but not the I-485 ? Why is my question

both was approved on 2/18/20 ! Do you think it takes longer ? Are is their another step I don t know about ?

does anyone know if they ask the minor (K2) of a K1 applicant any questions during the embassy interview phase? if so what kind of questions. thank you in advance

My wife and I are currently about 6 months into the i-130 waiting process. I am currently half living between Prague (where I have lived the past 7 years) and Ukraine (where my life lives). I have decided I want to apply for a temporary visa that would let me live here up to a year here in Ukraine so we could spend a lot of time together before we move to the USA. I was wondering if this would create some kind of trigger that would cause an RFE and another delay in our visa process.

Just to be clear I am the petitioner and she is the beneficiary.

has anyone ever received the letter for the child to leave the country and prior to flying to the USA had the father try and stop it? it has not happened to me but worry if this is possible after he signs the document can he change his mind and deny the child from leaving?

As I am trying to gather financial support documents, I may have to schedule our interview date later than april 22nd.
How does the April 22nd date affect me in this case?
