I-130 medical exam in Vilnius for Ukrainians - Great experience. Great Doctor

My initial email was sent on June 2, 2022 and answered the same day by the doctor himself. We exchanged several emails and set the appointment for June 27th. He inspected my wife and daughter's vaccine records via email and recommended certain vaccines that require time between doses. He gave the remaining vaccines at the appointment. He suggested I plan to have them remain in Vilnius until July 1 in the event of a reaction to the vaccines. Medical was submitted electronically to Frankfurt on June 29th. The appointment times for a Frankfurt medical were several months out at this time so Vilnius was a great option. He also did not require a translator at the exam and only needed legible vaccine records.

Good day to everyone

I have a question that I couldn't find an answer to anywhere. And I really appreciate if someone from the community can help with advice or opinion.
This year I got naturalization and applied for passports for me and my child (11 years old).
She was born in Ukraine and is a citizen of this country and always lives with me. Her biological father, whose whereabouts I have not known for many years, therefore cannot sign his consent to a passport. He is a citizen of another country and has never been to the States.
I filled out form ds-5525 and a cover letter explaining the details.
After 3 months, I received a response from the passport agency that I should send documents such as:
Court order specifically permitting the applying parent/guardian to apply for the child's U. S. passport; or
Court order granting sole legal custody to the applying parent/guardian ;or
A court order authorizing the minor to travel outside the US with the applying parent.
But this is not logical, because, being a citizen of another state, my daughter can leave the States without any permission on her Ukrainian passport.
What could be the solution? Submit form ds-5525 again with explanation? Submit a request to the court for permission to issue a passport ( where to start, where to go? How is this possible if all the documents - birth certificate, divorce, etc. are in the passport agency? )?
You can wait until she turns 16 and apply without the permission of the other parent. But my husband is active duty in our army and we may soon leave for another country in his service. And I'm worried that then my daughter will have a problem returning to the states, because, being a permanent resident, you can be absent from the country for no more than 6 months.
Thank you in advance

Hello all, new here. (Mods please move this if it's in the wrong area)

Question: For K1 visa income verification, do they only need the most recent years income/tax forms? I wasn't sure if they needed to see like past 5 years or something.

Thanks,

Jon

All,

My wife forgot to take her I797 Notice that extended her expired conditional green card. She has a copy of it on her phone. Can she travel back to the US or will the airline deny her boarding?

Her flight is on Play airlines tomorrow, July 12. Flying from Reykjavik to Boston.

I have a feeling I will need to fly out there with the NOA, but I hope there is another solution.

My parents are in Ukraine, I applied I-130 for them. Case now in NVC, interview will be in Frankfurt.

So I am trying to figure out process for preparation for interview and have some questions.

1. Where do they need to have medical exam? If in Frankfurt, how long ahead before the interview they need to book it that results be ready for the interview?

2. Would they able to get translator in embassy? They don't speak English.
