US Immigration from Uganda

My 2 year GC expires on 07/19/20. I am traveling to my home country at the end of next week for just two weeks. I know am just being paranoid, but if something comes up that keeps me away past the GC expiration date(4.5 months), what would be my recourse to return? I have my ROC documents ready and signed waiting for the 90 days period to hit. Can my wife send the forms to USCIS and then mail me NOA1 in the mail?

Hello i need immediate help here..my husband was arrested and he is in prison for 7yrs...i want to file jointly coz i love him and he is still my husband.we have a child together, have a copy of a lease that we stayed together before he was arrested and that is just about it i dont have any other evidance...i sent him the page where he needs to put his signAture and he signed..so we filled jointly..is there anything else i need to do? Is any one still trying to secure an interview date in Nairobi?

We have been waiting for so long.

The visa unit emailed us in November telling us that dates will be available in December for January appointments, checking every day never saw any dates at all.

And has anyone gone through this process with kids involved, if so how is the procedure?

The NVC checked my documents and cleared many things because they did not check all the information first.

1 I do have house hold members. My address changed with theirs. I changed the address correctly.

2 One of my documents had a legal seal clearly seeable on my PDF.

Question: who or were can I go to get this corrected?

They cleared all my documents and clearly did not view all the information.

I don't wait this to happen again. I will have to reupload all that work and wait in line again.

I received Humanitarian Aid accepted USCIS on July 2019, I had to wait until Oct 1 2019 to get the DS-260 uploaded because of permission to website document.

I am continually put back in the queue due to changes that need made for one reason or another. Example: address change.

Do to the need under Humanitarian Aid issue and need for my Husband's add, how do I speed up the process that is still needed? I am told the NVC will expedite but there are so many of those it will not matter and I don't wait to delay any more then I am already. What choices do I have?
