I hope you are managing the stress with visa processing delay.

There a lawsuit filed in the District of Columbia District Court against the US State Department and Pompeo due to the suspension of K-1visa interviews. I am wondering if someone heard about the ruling?

My husband and I have to get a ticket for him from Nairobi to Detroit, should he be coming in to Detroit or in somewhere else and what about layovers, what's the best way? And what airline should we go through?

Hi Visa Journey, We are just getting ready to submit our I-175 and I am curious for some feedback. We never notified DHS when we moved into our most recent apartment back in April... as our permanent address (the address DHS has on file) has not changed. All of our supporting documents show our current apartment address (which is different the permanent address USCIS has on file). Is this an issue?? We still receive mail at our permanent address it is just not the address that we live at?? Is it too late to notify DHS, will it mess up our petition for removal of condition? Should we still notify DHS? I feel like we might look sketchy.... Any feedback would be great!

We got the email to redo medical and then they would finish the visa. My questions are:

What happens after you receive the visa?

Do you have time to make plans for travel?

What plans should be made in regards flights and what flight should we do?

And what should expect with layovers and then getting to the US?

We need any info you can give please?
