My ead card was approved and came 43 days ago.i received a rfe for birth certificate from form i 485 and replied on the same day (19 november) but still it is written and not updated

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with going into AP when your case was expedited? If so, how long did it take and which country was the beneficiary from?

For those of you who have had your appointment canceled, can I ask how you received the news? Did the embassy message you, and how long did it take to reflect on CEAC website and on ais.usvisa-info, if at all?

My husband's appointment was tomorrow, we are filing DCF, emergency expedite. The embassy accepted our I-130 petition last week, we did the medical on Monday, got the results back today, and my husband's interview was supposed to be tomorrow, but we've just received this email, 9 hours before our appointment, from the support team of ais.usvisa-info:

You need to register and schedule your original appointment. It's out of hours to contact anyone, so I was wondering if anyone could shed some of their knowledge or experience on this issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience having issues with the DS-260 when filing DCF. I filed for my husband on Wednesday, so two days ago, and we got our approval of the I-130 yesterday. The embassy has scheduled my husband's visa interview next Wednesday, in five days. However, we cannot fill out the DS-260 as it keeps informing us that the information we provide does not match their records.

Is this simply an issue of waiting for processing times? If so, how long should it take for our information to be uploaded so we may complete the forms?

We're in a huge time crunch, so I'm just getting nervous.

Hi everyone,

I and my fiance applied k1 visa on October and my case is waiting at the U.S. Embassy since 16th of March.

I did not receive any e-mail from embassy yet because the Embassy is closed due to Covid-19. I could not book my appointment yet, but i and my fiance think that i will be able to receive my visa and flight to USA by September.

Guys,do you think September is early to flight to U.S.A? i am afraid that the virus is not going to be under control during that time and our waiting time is gonna be longer....

What do you guys think?
