[National Visa Center] Should I give the NVC the exact I-864 form submitted with my original application to USCIS -- or a new, fully-current version? |

Hello! Quick question. I applied for a marriage-based greencard last summer and thankfully it is finally moving along in the process. USCIS has now forwarded at least part of the process over the the National Visa Center [NVC] who are now asking for the submission of: - An I-864 Affidavit of Support Form
- Completion of a "Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (DS-260)" through their website
I think I know the answer to my question, but wanted to check anyways -- should I create a new I-864 form with fully up-to-date info in it, or should I send the NVC an I-864 form identical to the one I sent to USCIS last summer? For example, differences between the two would include a change of address. Also, one more quick question: would I need to report my 2020 Tax Year income if I haven't filed my 2020 taxes yet? Thanks for any help!

Just got out of my interview. The officer was pretty kind and nice. My i750 is still pending but they didn t even take my husband in the interview. She did the civics test, writing reading and asked me if I want to submit more evidence which i did. The only question she asked was if we got married in Turkey or in the US and she looked through our pics and gave couple compliments. Civics questions that I remember were; name 3 original colonies, who is the current VP? Who is over the executive branch? she gave me a notice saying she recommended me for approval and that I should hear very soon to come back for my ceremony.

Hi guys, My fiance went to her K1 visa interview on Jan 14 at the US embassy in Ankara, the counselor officer congratulated her, took her passport, and said that she will receive it in 7 days. I emailed the embassy inquiring about the passport and got this reply: "Dear Sir/Madam, Your application is undergoing required administrative processing. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict how long administrative processing will take for a given case, and we are unable to influence the completion of the process. We will send you a notification email as soon as the processing is completed. Sincerely, Immigrant Visa Unit Consular Section U.S. Embassy Ankara" I don't get it, why are they saying this? Does this mean that her visa isn't approved? we have waited 368 days for this, how much longer we have to wait?
