So I'm diabetic under insulin , 34 years old , computing technician and i work for 2 years as permenant support Customer specialist French / English Speaker ... will the new Punlic charge imapct me ( my wife works and she pay her taxes since 3 years and she never got an help from the gov )?

My NAO1 stated my petition was submitted to Nebraska. Yet, I received a response on an online inquiry that Texas service center will be contacting me. I never received a call. So I called today and they stated it is in Vermont. I never received any documentation stating my case was transferred. I m confused and frustrated. Any ideas?
