-do i need to disclose my fiancee has a son even he lives with his ex wife and have no plans of bringing him to usa.?

-is this still consider a k1 or k3 because he has a soon even he isn t bringing his son with him.?

I made an expedite request and I already mailed my evidence on march 1st , and after After I made my request my status for I485 change to request of evidence was mailed I got the letter yesterday in there are asking me to mail my spouse return transcript so my husband called IRS today they told him that his tax return is still pending and we have to wait atleast 11 days . Should I send the tax return of 2018 . Is my RFIE will affect my EAD expedite request? Some people said its different process so it won't affect and others said that it will definitely start my EAD process over . I'm so confused this process is already stressful enough. Does any have an answer please?

Hi everyone, I just called uscis to check on my EAD expedite and I found that they sent an email to the wrong email adresse, the woman on the line told me that she correct my email and I just need to wait for a timer 2 officer to contact me back . Does anyone knows how long does it take for them to call me back ? The automatic voicemail said that the current wait 350,700 is that true ??
