US Immigration from Tunisia

Good morning every one. My story is, in 2017 i used the K1 visa to bring my fiancee to US it got approved and we got married. When my X got his status changed approval he quickly started the divorce papers and left me for some one else. He divorced me in 2018. Then I met my current husband in person in 2021 and got married in Tunisia. They are both from the same country. Now I am still waiting for a resolution to my case but nothing... No denial no approval. its been for me since 09/22/2022 last time i received my NOA1 and recently i send 2 request inquiries about why my case is taking longer than usual. Do you guys have any idea why is taking so long>? and if this is consider a complex day bcz of my story events then up to how long could it take? just trying to find some closure that's all thank you all.

Hey! We re at the NVC stage and we re stuck at the petitioner s document step. Can anyone please help us double check that we re uploading the right documents the right way?
So my wife is the petitioner and the sponser. We don t have any joint sponsers.
Here s what we have uploaded so far for the petitioner:
1. form I-864.
2. most recent year tax transcript.

.Here s what we uploaded under (AOS additional documentation ).
1. 2022 and 2021 tax transcripts. (Separately)
2. 2023/2022/2021 W2 s ( separately not combined)
3. A letter from the employer under Proof of current or self employment
4. Petitioner s marriage termination.
5. Petitioner s birth certificate
6. Petitioner s passport copy as a proof of US citizenship
7. Petitioner s drivers license copy as a proof of US domicile

My other question is do we need to upload marriage certificate under the petitioner s documents? If yes which one? Is it their previous marriage certificate or the current one?

And for the last 6 months paystubs, do we need to upload all of them separately or all combined in one single PDF?

.Lastly, we re not sure if we needed to upload all of that because the instructions are sometimes very unclear and it doesn t explain if you need some of those documents only when you have a joint sponsor or not.

My wife is an American citizen and we ve been married for over 3 years and just Now in august I had my interview at the us embassy in my home country and The interview went smooth until the consular officer told me that I need a joint sponsor Even though my wife s income is sufficient but most of her income is social security benefits and 1500 dollars each month from working at a restaurant maybe that s why he s asking for a joint sponsor and he asked me to bring my wife s divorce papers also which is Normal , so I emailed them to ask for clarification on why do I need a joint sponsor and they emailed back saying nothing about the joint sponsor they just said this (

Thank you for your e-mail. We did upload (1) the petitioner s W-2s, (2) Form 1099-SSA, and (3) letter from her employer. The marriage certificates are fine, but all the divorce papers are copies. Please provide certified copy or original of the six divorce records.)

I really don t know if this means that they don t need a joint sponsor anymore can someone help me please understanding what they mean and how much time left I still have to find a joint sponsor?

Hello, i recently got my US citizenship and changed my name few months after i got my citizenship.

i was as wondering how would that affect me getting in and out of the TUNISIA using my US passport that has a name that s different the name on my Tunisian passport ? My tunisian passport is expired and i don't plan on renewing it before the trip so i'll be using my USA passport. the only issue is that i do know that immigration officers in the tunisian airport will run my name on their data base and I KNOW that they won't have any information pop because my new name DOESNT MATCH my name in tunisia if they look me up using my NEW USA NAME.

Do i have to bring my expired tunisian passport with me so they can confirm my identity ?f I do so, will I be able to exit the country later using the US passport despite the names not matching ?

Will It be enter able to enter and exit the country with my USA passport ? Or will I have issues ?

Anyone from tunisia KNOWS HOW AWFUL it can be to deal with customes and border officer there, so i'm just trying to be prepared and avoid BEING DENIED ENTRY OR EXIT and get stuck there
