My husband was refused for a CR1 visa due to section 212(a)5. The consular gave no explanation and told us to contact NVC. When I contacted NVC, they told me the documents are out of their jurisdiction. At this time, No one will Give us answers. My husband and I have provided all proper documentation and we even met. I feel so lost and hopeless. Can someone give me directions?

Hi All, If someone have an idea how things work for F4 visa and limits by nationality. I am trying to understand it more to see if it's worth doing it in the future. [No need to discuss eligibility , I know the details about that] I know the waiting time is so long but what about countries with few applicants for this F4 category every year. I also know there is ~7% cap per country if I am not mistaken. ===>is there a way to know the waiting time per nationality, something like below but includes my homecoutry which is TUNISA? ==>If let's say i apply now for F4 for Tunsian sibling today. and let's assume the 7% cap per country is not reached this year for Tunisia , does that mean my F4 application will get in the line right away in this year for interview in embassy ?

Hey Guys. I started getting updates from what it looks like it's USCIS email "uscis@public.govdelivery.com". So far this is the second time I got an update from this email address. I am not sure if this a legitimate email. ==>Do you know? Anywasys, today I got the below email, stating that the final rule for new fees was announced and will start in effect October 2 2020. ==>Did someone receive similar thing or see news updates about it? I did not click at any of the links in the email because I did not confirm yet this is not a phishing email.
