i want to bring my sister to visit me for few months. We want to start the tourist visa process

do I need to send here an invitation letter? If so, do I need to hand write it and send it to the embassy?

Hello my case was approved in July 24 for i-130 but I still don't receive my welcome letter for this reason I send to request to nvc and I receive this mail down the. I contact usci they tell me all is right with ur petition. U will receive mail but I still dont receive nothing what I can do now ?

Hi everyone I really need help answering this question because I am not sure.

We are assembling our papers for NVC and want to make sure I understand this step right. My husband (the beneficiary is Tunisian and lives in Tunisia).

What I understand is:

we need to fill out DS260, and upload civil documents. The Civil documents are: birth certificate, marriage certificate, ID, Passport and I read somewhere about military records? My husband never went to the miltary, do we need to submit anything ?

And for myself I live in the U.S I would submit the affadavit of support and my tax return.

Please I need answers about the military question and just confirmation on what documents are needed.
