US Immigration from Thailand

Anybody file an I130 with and got the IOE receipt number that has been given a NVC case number? They told me it will likely take longer than 30 days as the NOA2 suggests. Trying to get some insight from someone that had the same scenario. Thank you

Hi everyone, I have some question about my fiance's tax. He hired someone to file tax for him for 2018 in November 2019 but still now he didn't get tax transcript yet and I checked on IRS website for him there is only wage and income trancript and account transcript that available. the question is can I use only wage and income transcript on the interview instead of tax transcript?

Went from being so happy to being completely upside down.

we found received our approvals for i131, i864, and i765. we had submitted all of the forms together.

earlier in the week I was sent a notification that my wifes combo card had been sent. this was great because we had book a trip back home for the end of February.

my mail usually arrives at 3:15 to 3:45 every day. on this day I had to pick up my son from school at 3:30, before leaving at 3pm I we checked the mail just to see if any good news had arrived. As I headed to the school I felt a txt message come into my phone once I was parked in the carpool lane waiting for my son I read the text saying that the card had been delivered today two days earlier than expected I thought wow how great. however when I look at the detailed info on the usps site it said the card was delivered at 2:20 pm. I thought they might not be on exact time or maybe it was the senders timezone.

after getting back home at 4 I hurriedly walked to the mailbox to get the mail and surprise may when I discovered only the normal junk mail.

I thought maybe it was still on the truck and wont make it until later or maybe it will be delivered tomorrow since it is so near Christmas I know they are super busy.

two days after not receiving it I went to my local post office to stand in the long Christmas rush lines and was told to call the local dispatch center as the mail for my location came from a central dispatch area.

I called the the number and talked to the supervisor who was very apologetic and even called the mail delivery carrier who did not know how she could have delivered it to the wrong address...

I have called and opened up an expedited request at uscis to look into it however since my usps status shows delivered I feel like they are not going to be helpful

is there know way to get an expedited replacement card?

Just inquiring if anyone has a si.ilar situation.

My girlfriend came to US 5 months ago. We married 3 months ago. We have applied for AOS, EAD, and travel visa 3 months ago.

We will be bringing her son over, but have not applied for a K-2. Is there a way to get his social security card prior to his arrival?

Sent in renewal for EAD and AP card. One to Phoenix, one to Chicago lockbox. Delivered on the 10th and 11th of December. Just received text with case number for one of them, or maybe both, maybe will get another one for the other application because they went separate places, but the case number starts with IOE. I thought case numbers that start IOE were for electronic filings, such as N400, not paper filings. Has anyone renewed their card and got an IOE case number. I will add it to my USCIS account when I get home today, but seemed strange to me, unless renewals are processed electronically now? Thanks in advance.
