US Immigration from Thailand

Hello, my wife has been in Thailand visiting family since December 3, 2019. She was suppose to return several months ago, but Covid-19 changed all of that and had to postpone. Now she has a ticket to return on June 2, 2020 back to the US.

My question is, being that her stay has been right at 6 months, will she need to fill out any forms for re-entry to the US, or will they admit her without any further requirements?

I have seen 2 people that got their NoA2 approvals today and both of them have been using the "Lawfully App" as it could predict the date of approval!

I've just downloaded it and just wanna know if any of you are using this app! thank you!!

today called planned parenthood in Portland, Oregon about to get birth control service and they said all free of charge. I'm curious is that mean I'm going to get a service public benefits or not because I don't want this service effect to my green card approval.

First post. I met my Thai fianc e in Nov19 while vacationing in Thailand. I went back to see her again in Jan and Feb20. We want to do K1. My question is it says previous passports are required for packet 3. She traveled to Malaysia off and on for work as a singer. We are both scared that will be associated with bar and cause denial. Her passport is set to expire so she will need a new one for the K1 process. She knows two people that got K1 and didn t mention previous passports or travel during the process. I d think it would be easy for them to find out about previous passports or foreign travel but maybe I m mistaken. I d love to PM with people who have gotten approved K1s if possible.

We very fortunate enough to have a great local SSA Office that worked with us to process my wifes application during this COVID mess. They made an appointment for us to come in and processed our application while we waited. There was a verification issue with DHS due to the fact that we applied in her married name and not the name on her I94, but even that was quickly resolved. We applied on a Tuesday and her card arrived in the mail the following Monday.

Now the concerning part. This afternoon, I attempted to create an account for her on the MY SSA page. Using her new SSN I was unable to create an account. Each time I tried it said her information did not match what was on file. After 3 times it said her information was locked for 24 hours, which is really odd because it did not let me create an account.

Has any one else had this issue? Is there some waiting period involved before new SSN holders can sign up with SSAs online account feature. I wished to use this as a means to verify her number an information was correct before we submit her AOS. Now I am concerned SSA made an error somewhere along the way. Any insights would be helpful.
