US Immigration from Tajikistan

I just got RFE's they are saying something is wrong with our Marriage licence. I think our layer sent in a black and white copy could that be the only thing? also something about the daughters Birth certificates. Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

As I hope we are nearing getting an approval. Our Lawyer was asking for a list of addresses ever since my wife was 16 years old. She was reluctant to give the address of her Ex-husband as he was very violent to her. The daughters and her want nothing to do with him. is there any reason that USCIS or NVC would need to contact him?

any Idea of how long it will be before we get a response to the Inquiries submitted last week, for taking longer than normal?

Originally thought NSC, but found out 2 of them actually were sent to the TSC

The inquiries were submitted while chatting with USCIS. on May 5th. the agent i was chatting with submitted them.

The last time I had an inquiry for not sending me the notice when the K3 was transferred, it took almost 9 days.

I know We are a long way off, but I can't stop looking at possible flights when I bring my wife and daughters HOME! Looking at possible connecting flights I found one that would be a one stop with a 3 hour layover in LAX was wondering if that was too short of time. Another 2 stop that would have a 2 1/2 Layover in Dulles in DC, and another 2 stop with port of entry in Chicago. With my experiences last year I don't thing I want to go through Chicago, most all my flight in and out of there were very late. I have been looking at the reviews of each, there are good and bad from each. I know "eyes on the horizon.etc" Just random thoughts hoping something happens soon.

Okay I am very worried about the fact that of the 3 I-130's I submitted, PD July 22, 2019 on all. I received NOA1s from Nebraska but learned from online chats, that in fact 2 are in the Texas service center, and 1 is in Potomac, no transfers. I also sent in a K-3 that first did go to Nebraska receive date of October 28, and on March 9th was transferred to Texas. As of today the date on the USCIS's site for I-130's in Texas to submit an inquiry for taking longer than normal, is July 24, 2019, for Potomac May 10th. My Lawyer stated she believes the K-3 should kind of bind them together. I want to submit an Inquiry, but should I possibly first request the one be transferred from Potomac to Texas, so that all our forms can be in one location? if so is there a form for doing that? and who do I address it to?
