US Immigration from Tajikistan

I have 3 cases sent to the NVC, I only have received an E-mail for 1, My wife's case. When I logged in to see the case status it pops up to pay fees, though I did notice it says something about this one being the Primary, but doesn't show the other two. Will I be receiving more E-mails for the others, daughters, cases?

Even though I have just began the NVC phase, such a relief that the USCIS, [CLUSTER] step is done, I am wondering about the consulate stage. Has anyone heard any news as to a possible opening of the Consulate in Moscow for interviews? I have only been able to find a possible opening of travel, maybe in Mid September, for got where I saw that. I also can't find any new on the Russian consulate taking visa applications as mine has expired. I was beginning to get another tourist visa to Russia. Just before I was to send in my packet i was told they were shutting done to the Covid.

Okay the Incompetence of the USCIS is numbing! I am both happy and thoroughly angered! I have 3 petitions Wife and 2 (step)daughters. All when over normal processing times, all received RFEs, Our Lawyer Mailed in the RFEs and after 3 weeks of them not even acknowledging receiving the responses. I Finally had to create 3 separate accounts at the Myaccount.uscis.gov and I uploaded the Info. Now two have gotten approvals Wife's and oldest daughter! AWESOME.....but one still only states the response was received. And the only thing they can say is it might take up to 60 (removed) days. Where do we go from here?

With everything going on. I filed Married filing separately for 2019. With my wife unable to work most of this year and I have supporting her and the girls, more than I was normally. As before I was just helping with monies for rent etc. and of course little extra for holidays and birthdays. Not knowing if they will be home before next year. I am thinking of sending in to get Tax Id's not sure how that all works. Would I need to send in W-7's for my Wife and both Daughters? Or should I just wait and Pray they make it before the end of the year.

Our RFEs were mailed in to the TSC. Needed new translations, and more "Proof of a bonafide Marriage." USPS Tracking, states delivered 5:36AM. 6/29/2020. How long until they at least acknowledge they received them?
