US Immigration from Taiwan

I am one of those "fortunate" people who sometimes have the "pleasure" of owing the IRS money after calculating my taxes. For the past 3 years, I have used a site called www.pay1040.com to pay what I owe. It is fast, simple, and they charge only a small fee if paying via a debit card ($2.58).....

I'm just passing this info along to others who might find it useful.....

I am an American citizen living abroad with my wife (foreign national), and we have adopted a son locally. He has been our son legally for two years now. It is my understanding that I need to file a I-130 for him to start the immigration process. Anybody have experience with this? What type of evidence did you provide? How did the process go? Thanks for your input.

Petitioner has not lived in the U.S. for more than five years. An I-130 application has been sent, and an IOE number for NOA1 has been received.
Does it only affect the process when NVC is affected?

Our plan is to return to the United States after the beneficiary receives NOA2 and completes DS260. Are there any important points to note?

Did anyone send the following documents to USCIS during the I-130 process?
I sent them all and got the IOE number. Will those documents be transferred to NVC later?
