Hello everyone, I have some questions regarding this process and I'd like to know if this scenario would work. I understand that traveling to the US with the intention of getting married can be considered fraud and all that, but what if I honestly just wanted to marry my SO (in the US), return to my home country, and apply for CR1 from there? Would that work? Also, how do you find out what documents you might need in case of courthouse marriages? Thank you.

Hi, My wife's extension letter is expiring in Nov. Her last USCIS case status has been that they are ready to schedule for an interview and will send notice. It's been the same status since early April but we haven't actually received a letter or appointment for the interview. I checked the USCIS site for information about extension due to COVID19 but such extensions (EOS or COS) seem to only apply to visa holders (work or k3 etc). I didn't see anything mentioned on those currently waiting to remove conditions (I751). USCIS says the offices are supposed to reopen on 6/4. We live in NJ and so far NJ gov't is slowly reopening. I know there is still a bit of time. At what point do you think we need to reach out to an attorney to get involved? I read some have suggested contacting local congressman or senators but not sure how much help elected officials can lend at this juncture. Does anyone know if there is a form to fill out to get the extension letter extended? Thanks in advance for any suggestion and help. Hope everyone is safe and well. Regards, JK

There are few questions regarding the K1 Visa applications and process. seeking for help!! 1. Can we still apply for K1 visa now? ( like May 26, 2020) ?? would they still accept the application as for now? 2. there are news saying that right now when submit I-129F also need to submit G-325A from but some said there is no need to submit G-325A? please kindly advise which is true? 3. Regarding the proof of on-going relationship, do we need to write a letter explaining how we met and our love story? or if just submit out chat history, emails would be enough? 4. Could we still flying to states visiting my fiance while waiting for the K1 approval? Thank you all for the help!

Petitioner has not lived in the United States for ten years, so there is no W2 document at all, so can I only submit the bank's financial proof documents at I-864? Is it possible to use I-864z only to submit the financial proof of the bank?
