just would like to know if anyone knows about the update news regarding the US new regulations for all travelers to be fully vaccinated starting from November?

wondering how it would effected on K1 visa holder without fully vaccinated but with Visa in hand already?

If any one knows about it, could you please kindly share the news and update. Thank you

I want to know if anyone has had any success getting a second ADIT stamp.

We applied for the I-751 in Feb 2019 and it's been pending for interview since April 2020.

Last year my wife got an infopass appointment after numerous tries calling the 800#s. So far we haven't had much success....just today the line hung up on me once after 15 min and then twice more after more than an hour on the queue. I'm most interested to find out if anyone had more than one ADIT stamp. Any tips or experience are appreciated. Thanks.

Hey all..thanks for any input. My Taiwanese wife received a ten-year GC in 2019 while in America. Due to covid, we returned to Taiwan in June 2020. We did NOT apply for a re-entry permit. We decided we would go back to America in July 2021 but realized we stayed just over the year mark. Now, September 2021, we've gotten paperwork into AIT (American Institute in Taiwan) for a re-entry permit (they currently have her GC and PP). Now they're saying we need to submit a 601 (due to a vaccine waiver) to USCIS in the states and wait. Does anyone have any info about that? Is it really $930? Do we send the 601 to USCIS with a check? Do we send the 601 and wait for USCIS to ask for the funds?

Whatever information you have would be great. Thanks again.

I am currently on hold with USCIS. I was able to get to the queue for an agent by saying "Stamp". The system asked me 3 questions, and then placed me in the queue. I tried the "technical assistance" route, but it failed. Good luck.

Hi everyone

I sent out our AOS application forms today, but I forgot to sign on the G1450 form. The packet is on the way to USCIS. Is everyone had same or similar experience? Will the USCIS contact me to resubmit the G1450 or we need to resubmit all the application forms and document s again?
