What happens after visa (IR1) approval? Will we be able to get my spouse a ticket right away to travel to the US? What are the procedures we must do?

I was just wondering if a joint sponsor can be married and sponsor a an immigrant without their spouse? They file taxes separately as well.

Does my spouse need to bring the exact original of our signed I864 or would a copy be suffice? Our cosponsor can t find the original papers she filled out but we have a scanned copy. Does she need to refill one out?
