I need help. My fiance is a Syrian Citizen who was living in Lebanon. we applied for the K1 visa in 2017, we had the interview in 2018 and were put on a lengthy administrative processing more than 15 months . During that time, my Fiance had to move to Montreal, Canada as a refugee after she lost her residency in Lebanon and was unable to return to Syria which is worse than Lebanon . All of the sudden, the US embassy in Beirut called her to renew her expired finger prints, DS 160 and come for another interview. The political situation in Lebanon was getting worse everyday, the roads were blocked and there is lots of tension against Syrians and she was not allowed as a refugee in Canada to travel to a country in which she does not have a residency. We decided to transfer the case to the U.S Montreal, Canada. The U.S embassy in Montreal agreed to transfer the case, we have been waiting for 3 months for the transfer. The U.S embassy in Montreal is saying that we have to wait to the visa transfer which could take months. The U.S embassy in Beirut is not responding to any emails and there is no way to call them. Last week, I checked the status of our case online and the status says ( EXPIRED). We are now devastated, we do not know what to do. Any suggestion or help is much appreciated. thanks

Type of visa: I-130 Petitioner: US Citizen Applicants: Parents of US Citizen Country of origin: Syria Filed DS-260: 19 Nov 2018 Interview scheduled: 21 Jan 2020 (finally!) Is there anyone out there who has had success obtaining a visa for relatives from countries on the travel ban list? Other than the regular documents that the embassy requests, is there anything else you've done to satisfy the conditions for a ban waiver? I've seen lots of advice for married couples, but haven't seen much of anything for parents.

Hi guys, My name is complicated ( I have 2 first names and one last name, No middle name ). The problem is the dental, vision and health insurance have wrote my name mistakenly as first name, middle name and last name( making my 2 first name as first and middle name, last name is correct). I have made tons of phone calls to correct this, but it is becoming extremely difficult especially with my old health insurance and old statements from our bank. I didn't noticed that before since I thought that they are writing it like this because my name is too long. I have used all of cards and no one told me the name is wrong. Now I am in the process of applying for the ROC and I am not sure what to do? This is never happened with me before. I wanted to include pictures of my health insurance card, bank, investment account etc.., but now i don't know what should i do. I have never changed my name or accepted this. It a mistake many financial and health entities have made. It is crazy that even today i received new bank card with my name written wrong today lol. should I just send them that way I received it? please give me advice I have read the money people recommended to apply ASAP when the 90 says start, how bad is it if I wait for the second month? My eligibility to apply for ROC was on the 22nd of December.

Hello, i have a question regarding a police certificate. i have been residing in Spain since September,2019 and i have a second interview in January 2020 in Amman, Jordan. the embassy sent me an email requesting a PC from every country i lived in for 1 year or more. Do i need a PC from Spain? It will be less than 5 months from the day i entered Spain until the day of my interview thank you
