US Immigration from Switzerland

My husband and I just got approved last week on our I-130 petition!! and we recieved the email from the nvc that they recieved our case. Now we're a little bit confused about what fees we need to pay exactly. He applied for me and our daughter and on the CEAC Webside stays an information for fees:

" If you are a US citizen with petitions for your unmarried son/daughter or parent also in process at the national visa center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all related Cases."

so now were not really sure what this means and if we miss a fee that means we cant come forward with the process maybe?

Do we have to pay all 4 fees (2 IV fees and 2 AOS fees)?

Do anyone know or have experience with this?

About a month ago we recieved from the USCIS an request of evidence and sented it up about 2 weeks ago. Today on our I-130 petition stays: "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS."

We sent in our petition last year beginng of february and waiting for our approval.

How long does it takes to get an answer after we recieved that case is being actively reviewed?

Hi everyone

After 13 months of waiting since we sent our I-130 petition my husband yesterday recieved and request of evidence. They want us to have more proof of our marriage. In our application that we sent last year we only had a couple letters from friends writing about our relationship. I think we have should send some pictures of too. I prepared now 9 pictures to send us as family and also some with friends and family. Now I am a little bit worried if thats a bad sign that they believe our marriage would not be legit? How long it takes them to respond on our application after we sent in the missing documents?

I wanted to sign in for an account USCIS and really quik I found out I need a PIN code example: (123456) and an A Number. I also found out this all would stay on the letter my husband recieved in the Mail when he got the receipt Number. The Problem now is my Husband tried his best to find his documents but with no results. Is there a way we can get this PIN code so we could sign in for an account on USCIS?

On march 6th its gonna be 13 months since we recieved our NOA1. We filed in texas cervice centre and seems like we're the only one from this center waiting that long for an approval. Is anyone else from the texas uscis center waiting 12+ months to get approved??
