US Immigration from Sweden

My husband will be moving to the US on a Ir1 visa and there s a possibility for him to transfer positions in his company (Sweden to NC). Is there any formula on how we could calculate his new salary or what he should ask for? Someone told me to times by 2.5? Does that sound right? He s an engineer so he should have a pretty big pay bump hopefully

Hey! So I live abroad with my Swedish husband who I m petitioning for and just got a message from nvc that I need to submit I have domicile in the states. I moved to Sweden almost 9 years ago on a relationship visa so I m not sure how to prove this. We ve always intended to move back but what is the best way to prove this? Everything else seems to have been accepted tho so yay!

Strange situation with my wife's I-751 case. Her case was initially assigned to YSC. We received a I-797 notification that her fingerprints would be reused a few weeks later. We then moved to another state about a year later and received a I-797 notification that her case had been reassigned to another service center to speed up processing time. About a month after that, we received another I-797 notification stating that her fingerprints would be reused. I'm guessing that this is standard practice when a case is transferred to another service center? I hope that they are not treating her case as if we just filed again. Her 24 month extension letter will expire next Summer, so we are concerned about that, especially if they are treating her I-751 as if it is a new case. Has anyone else had a similar experience with receiving two I-797 notifications about fingerprints being reused?
