Okay this is a very weird question but maybe one of you have thoughts on this.
Me and my husband got married last month and on our marriage certificate he misspelled his middle name as that is how it has always been spelled (on high school diplomas etc). It is pronounced the same way, it is just spelled slightllyyyyy different.
I sent our marriage certificate to my home country so we could get our marriage officially registered there in order for it to reflect on my birth certificate (it includes marital status in my home country). About a week later we found out that it was misspelled by looking at this birth certificate and updated our marriage certificate to reflect his actual middle name that is listen on his birth certificate.
So now my birth certificate is listing his misspelled middle name but our marriage certificate has it spelled properly.
It takes a few months to get this updated so we would prefer to not have to update this.
Will this be a problem at all?
