US Immigration from Sudan

As of today my congressman emailed me that my email was forwarded to the US embassy and department of state consular affairs, why was it forwarded to DOS consular affairs not only the embassy?

Hey everyone. I ve filed ever since nov 2019 and haven t heard anything. I only received the first letter in the mail saying they have received it but mother after. Is there anything I should do? Is it normal to take this long? How can I file for an expedite process? Am I eligible to file for it?
any answers would really help me.

I should had have an expedited interview on April 01 but it was cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic, on April 13 there was an update on ceac and yesterday there was an update, from your experience what could this update be

As of March 22nd i received my expedite interview appointment at US embassy Khartoum, it was due to be held at april 01 but US embassies and consulates closed and the interview was cancelled , the expedite was about aging out, as the update on the travel.state.gov that they can resume some of visa and aging out is exception as stated , i contacted the embassy many time but no answer and am scared to age out and wait many more years

As of March 22 i received an email from the US embassy scheduling my appointment, i had my medical examination in the same day , my appointment should have been april 01 , on March 20 the US department of state suspended all the routine immigration visa services worldwide , but i emailed the embassy inquiring if the appointment wss cancelled or not, but there was no response, on April 01 i went to the US embassy and as soon as I arrived they told me there was no office in duty to interview me , yesterday i opened CEAC and found that last update on my case is on April 13 although i didn't have my interview,
