US Immigration from Sudan

Hi, I am one of the DV Lottery 2023 Winners, I recieved my acceptance letter since May 8th, "since then I did get a lot of information from this forum", First 2 months I start receiving the error message (your case number informations is not match), I contact KCC by mail (About 6 mails I get the same automatic answer (I have to check my info. specially the DOB)), Then the last 2 months the error message changed to (your case number entered recently unavailable). by the way I have a copy of my entered information for the DV lottery and I explained that on my emails to KCC, lastly I sent them an email of the new error message and keep getting the same answer from them.

PLEASE any help will be appreciated, and feel free to ask any questions I will be glad to answer them. Thank you in advance.

I have submitted all of my documents to NVC in January, in April I heard back and one of my documents were rejected and asked to submit a new one so I did so right away. It was review again 3 months later with more documents being rejected on their error. I then resubmitted the document again. One of the documents was a police certificate that was obtained from a previous country of resident, it was only valid for 3 months and now they are asking for a new one which is impossible to receive now that I live in a different country and require traveling back their to get a new one. My question is, am I obligated to get a new one and do the extreme possible or is it their fault for taking 6 months to review the document even tho it was submitted on validity and they rejected it after first approving it

Today I got a message saying Case expedited to post

Does anyone know what that means?

Does it mean that NVC forwarded the case to the Embassy? Does that mean the interview is near?

She s asking about these questions in the i-130 form (i don t remember filing them out when i applied)

A little background for our NVC stage

1st submission: Aug 22, 2021

Initial review: Nov 20, 2021

We were asked to reupload 2021 tax transcript for joint sponsor. All other docs were accepted. But I've been noticing that they're taking THREE MONTHS to review cases now and that is a long time so I contacted my senator's office and they got all the files they needed by Dec 20th, 2021.

Has anyone expedited through their senator's office recently? How long did it take to get the case reviewed/sent to the embassy/DQ'ed?

I just want to know what sort of time frame we're looking at here.

Any info will be helpful
