US Immigration from Sri Lanka

Quick question guys, we have cheap flights from Sri Lanka to Washington Dulles international airport but the problem is that the transit will be from Uk. Will I have to quarantine as I will be coming through UK? How do I find any information on that?

Hi guys! Have a good day! What should you do if the petitioner change the address after the interview is being scheduled? As the previous address is mentioned on the DS 260 and I 864, will that be an issue? Petitioner also got a new job offer (previously wasn t making enough to sponsor, so we used a joint sponsor) which hits over the125% as advised on poverty guidelines. We are planning on taking a new i 864 to the interview with proper evidence of the new employment and show it to the consular officer, is that okay? And we also want USCIS to send the GC to the old address as that s the only place we can trust. I don t know what should I do. Any thoughts?

I just received a RFE saying that I need to submit Supplement J along with I-485. However, the instructions says it is not needed for EB2-NIW applicants. I even specified this on my application. What should I do?

06/19 - Received by the lockbox

07/14 - Received Text msgs - NOA1

07/15 - Checks were cashed

07/18 - Received NOA1 notices from mail

07/24 - Received Biometrics appointment letter

waiting for biometrics appointment in 1st week of August.

Hey all,

I got my I-140 approved on 6/10/20 and mailed my I-485 on 6/17/20 (received by Dallas lockbox on 6/19/20). Still I did not receive my confirmation texts nor my checks were deposited. I have few questions?

Am I in the correct place to ask about 1-140 based I-485?

Is there a thread for June 2020 fillers for me to follow up their timelines?

Have anyone of you are experiencing such delays with NOA specifically from Dallas lockbox?
