US Immigration from Spain

Hi guys! Hope you can help me. The Civil Surgeon signed my i693 on 10/15/2019 and I applied for aos (marriage based) on 12/24/2019. Recently I received the courtessy letter because of this.

The Civil Surgeon and I resigned the form with the new date (02/29/2020) do you know if this will Be Ok for USCIS? We did it this way because the doctor said that the test results were not expired. I have my interview on April 8 and I just want yo be sure that we wont have any problems with this.

In February 3 I requested to expedite my EAD and my AP based on severe financial loss to me and to a company. I got an email requesting more evidence the following day. I sent the evidence the same day (Feb 4) and on February 6 the EAD status changed to "Expedite Request Approved".

It has stayed like that since then, and I called USCIS and all they can tell me is exactly the same that I see on the website. Even T2 can't tell me anything else about the status of the case.

Do you have any idea if this is normal? Should I have had an answer by now? The company that wants to hire me is starting to lose patience, and I don't want to lose the job offer.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am in process for the Fiance Visa and actually I am at the stage where the Embassy has all my paperwork and I am waiting on their confirmation to book my interview appointment.

I recently informed my employer about it and they mentioned they don't want me to leave the company so they are offering me a position in the US with an L1 Visa (as they want to avoid having to wait for my AOS through K-1 which takes 5-6 months).

Does anyone have had a similar situation or know if it is possible to be in process for 2 visas at the same time and what issues this might cause?

I am a US born citizen, and I have been living in Spain for almost 10 years and I got married in October 2019. I recently filed my taxes online and when I tried to file as married, "but filing seperately," (because obviously my partner isnt a citizen) but it requested that I enter a SSN for my partner. After trying to leave it blank, or changing it to all zeros it would not allow me to continue. At the time, I decided to file "single" because my partner doesnt have a SSN and has never lived in the USA. Now, I'm starting to wonder if I made a terrible mistake on my taxes, and will have problems at the NVC. Any ideas?

Background:

I have questions about the address and employment history because I just graduated University a year and a half ago. I had summer internships 3 different times, studied abroad 3 different times, moved to 6 different addresses during college (mostly 1 semester duration) and was employed by 8 different companies, sometimes more than one at a time. Not to mention my home address where my parents live where I spent time in between semesters if I wasn't traveling or working elsewhere.

Do I need to list every address, even if I only lived there a couple months?

2.

Does #1 depend on if I had signed a lease?

3.

Do I list every job even if it was only a few months?

4.

Do I only list jobs that were associated with my SSN?

5.

When it asks the countries/states I have resided in since my 18th birthday, does that only apply to places I have resided more than 6 months?

6.

Will I be asked to provide police records from these countries or is that only for the beneficiary?
