US Immigration from Spain

Guys,

I've not found any straight answer to this, but I'm hoping to get some insight. Can I file for a K-1 visa online? Where do I start? Things have changed a lot since I had to file for this visa before, as that was almost 3 years ago (we had to cancel the petition for religious reasons that have been remedied).

I was hoping to marry my fiance (she lives in Spain, and we had plans of marrying in Gibraltar) April 16th, then the Corona virus messed that idea up. It's also hard telling when the situation will allow us to marry, and I feel I need to get the ball rolling shortly, because who knows how long this situation will be like this, and I can't get over there to marry her. I last physically saw her in August 2018, so I know there is a time limit that needs to be addressed.

Hi everyone! I will be flying to Mexico May 20th with a K1 visa. I was just wondering If anyone has entered the US from Mexico with a K1 visa by air travel recently. Someone here is a military spouse and did the medical exam in a military physician when applying for AoS?

USCIS website states: Military physicians are authorized to perform immigration medical exams at a military treatment facility within the United States for U.S. veterans, members of the U.S. military and designated dependents.

Hello all!

As many of us, we recieved a RFE on May 20th (NOA 1 on December 9th, 2019) requesting aditional proof of two year meeting (quite strange of the request based on the large ammount and quality of the info we provided in our package). We submited what should be enough additional evidence last week, and war recieved on May 4th. Looking at VisaJourney timelines, for K1 visa, RFE to NOA2 processing times, had largely increased.

We would like to know, based on your opinion and recent personal cases, what an estimate for NOA2 could be for us?

I m an american citizen.

My wife and I were married last year in Spain, so our marriage is completely legal in Spain, but not processed in the US.

She is currently living and working in London.

She is planning to come visit me here in the US for one month during this pandemic with an ESTA.

Is she able to board an airplane and cross the US border smoothly since she is the spouse of an American citizen?

We are planning to put together all info such as, marriage certificate (in spanish from Spain), proof of one month round trip flight, work contract proving she s not trying to stay, also, some extensive proof just in case.

Has anyone experienced something similar to this?

By traveling with an ESTA, is she going to be able to cross the border as a spouse of a US citizen?
