We are doing consular processing, my wife is in the USA and I am in Spain. I got a job position offer in another country, if I move, I guess I have to notify USCIS, but would the interview be done in the new country where I would be living? Or It will be maintained in Spain? Thank you all!

Filing for CR-1 visa online.... |

Guys, I've read enough to know this is possible, but where do I start? How different is this from the traditional CR-1 filing? I couldn't find anything in the guides about this, but honestly I'm a bit overwhelmed, since there is a lot there. I hope I will be able to travel to her shortly and marry her, as I feel a CR-1 visa is the best option we have (She lives in Spain; travel restrictions are almost over with, so we can finally marry). We have been together 3 years, and neither of us want to re-apply for the K-1 visa (due to religious circumstances, we had to withdraw our petition about a year and a half ago). I'm just trying to get ahead of things, and get ready to file immediately after we marry. Also, especially for anyone immigrating by CR-1 from Spain: How easy has it been to come and visit your spouse here in the US while the visa is being processed? Any advise? We simply wish to do this as legally correct as possible. Thank you all!

I just wanted to ask if this is frowned upon or would cause problems in some way. My fiancee and I are going to be legally married in Spain in June (assuming things open back up as the local government is saying they will) and we are in the process of applying for his F1 visa. He has already been accepted into a school and we are waiting to see when the US begins processing visas to move forward with the process. Once we are in the US (hopefully in August 2020) we plan to apply for adjustment of status to I-130. The question is, if we are already legally married in Spain will they deny the F1 visa? Will that cause complications?

I submitted my I-485 in August 2019, and my status has been pending scheduling of interview since December 2019. I have now changed my address, from NY to Virginia. I know that NY is famously very delayed. Now that my address is officially in Virginia, what is the impact on the timeline for my interview? Do I go to the end of the line in Virginia? Do I stay in line in NY? Do I get transferred somewhere halfway the VA line? Does anybody know? Thank you

In my NOA1, I have a priority date, and a receipt date 10 days after, which should I trust in order to open a request for case out of normal time? Thanks!!
