Paying AoS with credit card |

Hi guys, We are concurrently feeling I-130 and I-485 (with I-131, I-765, I-864, I-944) and we've decided to pay those with a credit card because our bank gives us good deals when paying large amounts of money, like this case. My question is, after reading some old threads in VJ, I concluded that it's better to include TWO G-1450 (form for credit card), one in the envelope for the I-130 and the other for I-485 (including the biometric fee) so, how should I indicate clearly that I'm including 2 two G-1450 to pay each form and state that one includes the biometric fees? When you write a check you can easily state that you are paying for I-485 + biometric fees for example, but I do not see space to write something like that in the G-1450. Any idea? I'm getting paranoid with all these small details. Also please, just to be sure, if I am missing any form in my application let me know, Thank for all your help.

I dont have a interview date yet but Im trying tl get ready for it in advance. I read that in my country (Spain) they ask for original birth certificate. In Spain (in other countries I think is the same) they wont give you the original as its part of a book owned by the Register. But in the requirement for interview they make it very clear it has to be the original. When they talk about children birth certificate they say "original or certificated copy" but you dont see that option for your birth certificate. I have certificated copies, what should I do?

Be sure to double check for the current fees as fees do sometimes increase, so please check. Additionally check the forms as listed above i.e., current version and or edition date, there has been changes to various forms since February 24, 2020. Consider sending tax transcripts instead of the 1040, and W2's. Also consider preparing a cover letter for each form in addition to the main cover letter. Make sure you send long form birth certificates and not the short form. IMPORTANT: Form I-944 has quite a bit of supporting documents that go with it depending on your situation, be sure to read the instructions for this form carefully. Many people have gotten a RFE for this form so be sure to pay CLOSE attention when filing it out. Hope this helps in your preparation of your AOS. When in doubt ask questions.

My application to remove condition on my wife green card was rejected because I sent the wrong fee(missing biometric). I just received the packet back. Do I have to print everything out again and send the correct fee, or Can I send the same packet again with the $680?

Hi, I am working on campus while I do my masters so I already have a SSN, even though it says something like "Valid for work only with DHS authorization". Now that I am applying for AoS, I see in the latest version of I-765 form that it asks if I want SSA to issue me a social security card. What I should choose? yes or no? I mean, do I have to get a new SSN card that it's different from the one I already have? Do I receive a different SSN or I will always have this one? This is still a little bit confusing for me. Thank you
