US Immigration from Spain

Sorry for another post about doubts with the I-1944, but I have searched and couldn't find answer to this question.

In the I-1944, do I have to put my debts in the USA, or in my country too? If so, how can they know if you are saying the truth if they have no way to know the info of my bank in Europe?

Maybe a silly question: I am following a YouTube video of two guys that recently filled out for AoS and they used manila envelopes and binder clips like the pic I attach.

I think it's a good way to send the forms so my question is: do I need to close these different packages that go inside the master envelope or it's fine if those are opened? Or I should go for a bigger envelope and then close the 4 different envelopes?

What would seem less disturbing to USCIS?

So four days after the results were published and a few days before we find out if the Executive Order ends by June 23rd... What do you THINK will happen with the EO and this year's winners?

Does the Sponsor need to be a household, or he/she can be dependant in the tax returns but earn more than the required salary?

I hope someone can help me out with this:

Turns out I won the DV Lottery for this year and, obviously, I just found out today. But I was admitted to a master's program in the US a few months ago (beginning Fall 2020) as an International Student.

I have no idea how long it can take for the DV lottery to get processed and I was wondering if I can still apply for an F1 and begin my masters while I wait for the greencard??
