I mailed my i129F on June 4, but USCIS picked it up on June 8, which day would be considered the "file date?" Thank you!

We found a joint sponsor for our CR-1 petition, but he started working August 19, so he is a little below the requested 21 k last year in the tax returns, but anually he makes way more than the 21k, and he still works for the same company.

Do you guys think with all the paystubs from August, it could be a valid joint sponsor?

I only see old threads regarding this and most of them related with K1 visas, so let me ask: If adjusting status from a student visa, how many birth certificates copies I should include if concurrent filing I-130 with I-485, I-944, I-864, I-765 & I-131?

Soon I am sending my package for the AoS and the passport I'm using in the forms is the one that I used to enter the country, where I have my F-1 visa stamps, etc. This passport is expiring soon, this August, and because the covid outbread I did not have the chance to renew it in the embassy, but I am doing it soon finally.

My question is, just to be sure, is this a problem later? I mean, the fact of having one passport expired and a new one later during the process. I heard that I can bring the new one to the interview but I want to be sure I am ok.

Someone had a similar case recently?

In the I-944, part 3, Household income, it asks if me and my spouse filed a federal tax return this 2019. Both did but my spouse have 2 jobs, so two W-2. When ask in the form for total income from tax return or Item 1 on W-2... should I do there the sum of both? Or I should write the other W-2 in the next item, letter C? See attached pic.
