US Immigration from Spain

Hi all

I originally thought I submitted enough evidence, but after seeing a few posts, I am beginning to question. My question is specifically about the bank account statements. I went back through our online bank account statements and printed a bunch from various dates from what was available online. I did not print every statement since I did not want to waste the paper and ink (maybe that wasn't the best idea).. I did include a bunch, and chose dates throughout the time that was available - it went back about 2 years. I did the same with the gas utility bills.

Below is what evidence I submitted.

What do you guys think? Particularly about the bank account statements?

a) Copy of joint lease - it was a 1 year lease

b) Copy of bank account statements from various dates over past 2 years

c) Copy of first pages of state & federal joint tax returns from 2020, 2019&2018

d) Copy of marriage certificate

e) Copy of drivers licenses of both spouses

f) Copy of gas utility bills from various dates over past year

g) Copy of auto insurance information that lists both spouses as drivers

h) Copy of health insurance card that lists both spouses

i) Copy of affidavit #1

j) Copy of affidavit #2

k) Copy of some recent photographs

l) Copy of recent flight information from trip together

In the past I've been unsure about applying for an ESTA while the I-130 was pending. I've asked this question a couple times in the forum so I just wanted to let everyone know that we just applied for an ESTA for my husband while he has the visa pending document review at the NVC and it was approved within an hour. So for others wanting to visit from countries within the ESTA program, hopefully you won't have a problem either!

To.all here, I am very concerned about the notice of action that I have gotten. When I filed my I-130 , I received two notice of action forms. One was from the Texas service center, where the petition was mailed to, and the other from the Nebraska service center. Is this typical? The forms are slightly different, although they both say form I-797C, notice of action.

The one from Nebraska has a priority date on it, whereas the one from Texas does not have a priority date, only a notice date. Also, the notice of action from the Nebraska service center says the following:

We have received your form and are currently processing the above case for the following beneficiaries: , After which it does of course mentioned the name of my wife with her birthdate and country of birth.

My question is, when I login to my US CIS online account, it only shows a notice of action from the Texas service center, not from the Nebraska service center. I figure both would be showing. From what I ve said, does it seem as if my petition is at the Nebraska service center? I certainly hope so, because the wait times are much less long there than they are in Texas.

Does anyone have any idea here about this situation.... Our case is already at the embassy, we received Packet 4 mid August.. they canceled September appointments due to refugees being prioritzed over K1s, how are we supposed to file a waiver when we are so close to our interview (still not given a date, assuming first week of October but who knows)...

Guys, I'm a little confused. I was looking at the graphs on processing times, and it seems to indicate that NVC processing times are about as long as the processing times at USCIS. Can someone explain this, and can someone tell me if I'm wrong, and the amount of time we could expect?

My petition: CR1/IR1 (Married 11-10-2020, NOA1 05-21-2021 NSC, beneficiary is in Spain). I'm kind of wigging out here. I'm certainly hoping I have read that graph wrong. Please chime in!
