Divorce after 10year GC. When can I apply N400? |

Hello! I have a question about when I can apply for naturalization (N-400). I got my conditional 2 year green card June, 2016, from marrying a U.S citizen. Then, I got my 10 year green card June, 2019. Unfortunately, my wife and I are getting divorced this January 2020. In this case, when can I be eligible for N-400, in case I want to? Is it June, 2024 or June, 2021? Also, other than the official divorce decree, is there any document that I should have in case I apply for naturalization? We had been together almost 6 years, and our marriage was 3 years. We didn't own any properties nor have any children between us. Thank you in advance for your help.

Medical Exam expires 6 months or a year? |

It was my understanding that the medical was valid only for 6 months because that is the amount of time my fiance can enter the USA on the K1 visa (It was told to us that it was based on the medical exam date and when the medical expires). We thought that he had to get another one (I-693) for the AOS? I see people here saying the medical exam actually expires one year from the exam date. Where is that information and why don't they give foreigners one year to enter the US and not 6 months? Also I have his DS-3025 vaccination records and it says completed vaccination requirements. Where is the information that this is the only requirement now and not the full medical form I-693? Thank you!!

We got a RFE for our i-751 (basically just asked for more of everything and nothing specific). I heard in 2019 almost everyone is getting a RFE so trying not to freak out too much about it. Was planning to provide a lot more of everything except affidavits. We didn t include any in our original submission and weren t planning on including any for this RFE. We don t own a house or have kids together yet but we do share all financial accounts, listed as beneficiaries on each other s stuff, file taxes together, share a lease together etc. Would be providing a lot of all of this and some pictures with family and receipts from trips etc. Any Dec 2019 or recent experiences?

So, I've had the case tracker app downloaded and just have my receipt numbers entered into it. I just read in another thread you can search up to 500 cases around you. I played around with it and figured it out, but how is this information beneficial? In my case, I searched and then tried to sort by I-130 and there are no other I-130 within the 500, I'm guessing, as there were no results. Someone said something about seeing cases around yours being processed, but I'm guessing different forms are processed with different timings. So, what does this information I'm seeing actually tell me? Hopefully some of you are more knowledgeable about it than me. Thanks~

Hello, A long time ago, like 2 years ago, I did my CR-1. When I did it, I thought that I did the form I-765. I can't remember if I did it or not. I need to have my SSN to apply to university. Can I call USCIS to see if I did it or not? If not, do I just go to SSA office and do a form? The semester start on January 11, and I'm worried that I can't apply and start classes in time. Thanks
