US Immigration from South Korea

My husband arrived in the US on July 2, 2023 with his K-1 visa. We married on September 6, 2023. We were approved for an apartment just recently and our move in date is in 3 days (September 23).

We have finally finished preparing our AOS packet including my husband's I-485 form, I-864 form, I-765 form, & I-131 form + supporting documents today. To avoid having to mail in a change of address form to USCIS after we move into our new apartment in just a few days, we wanted to see if changing all the form sections asking for our "Current Address" to our new apartment address would be acceptable or would that just cause further confusion? Each cover letter of the packet also lists our new address in the letterhead as well.

We don't want to cause any issues and just thought we'd see what the best option would be. We could also attach our lease with both of our names and move in date to the packet as well if this would help USCIS understand our situation.

This is kind of off-topic but when folks say they get text updates, is the USCIS sending it according to this information from I-751? Or is there somewhere like my.uscis.gov that people have to link up your NOA receipt number to your phone number?

I would like to confirm with everyone that, the I-751 case cannot be tracked within myuscis.gov. Instead, tracking is only possible through the Receipt Number, which is provided on the Notice of Action after sending the I-751 packet.

Can anyone verify if this is correct?

I am currently working as a US Gov employee in South Korea. My wife and step children were recently issued the I551 temp visa s in their passports. I understand most of the implications that affect her green card status while residing with me here but I am confused if they are required to enter the US to start the green card issue process. I have already payed the immigration fee and the interviewer at the consulate was fully aware of my status here and that I would not depart for a few years. Should I contact USCIS to make sure they are aware of my current situation and not to expect the family members to enter the US till the end of my tour here? Will any of this delay the issuance of green cards?

Hello. I am looking to get married on k1 visa but my mom s dementia seems to be worsening and my mom misses me a lot. I would like to go back to home country before she forgets me. I honestly don t think I can afford to wait for the advance parole s normal processing.

Is this a good enough expedite reason re: urgent humanitarian reason?

What evidence would I need to submit with expedite request?
I do have a doctor s diagnosis of my mom s Alzheimers from a year ago. But it doesn t show the recent progress of her condition.
Do I have to get an additional doctor s note of recent worsening of her condition too? What if I can t get one?
