US Immigration from South Korea

I just moved back the US and have a teaching job at a public school that will start in September. I plan to initially use my parents for the affidavit of support, but would it be possible to change the sponsor to me once my job begins? Ill be abovethe required income levels, I just would feel more comfortable if it were me as the sponsor instead of my parents. Could I submit a new affidavit of support since the support doesnt start until the immigrant becomes a permanent residence? thank you for any info or advice!

I just came in back to the country (USA) with extension and green card (expired). The process at the air port was nerve recking.though I submitted the required documents I was asked to go to that little waiting room for my green card to be processed.May be it was normal because of my extension letter. But that was not a good feeling after being in USA for a while and it's your primary and permanent home just to be treated like that at the boarder. Yes it could be the process but mane, it is not a good feeling being asked to wait there after finger print taken. I just decided not to leave US again without having become a citizen.

I recently moved back to the us after living abroad for six years, I have been in a relationship with my Korean boyfriend and lived together for the past 3 years. I recently moved back to the us and he came with me on an esta vida to visit.

Originally, our plan was to just have him visit and then we would do the k-1 fiance visa application, but after the controversy with roe v Wade, I didn't want to risk how it could affect same sex marriage. So we decided to get married before he leaves in two weeks. Is this fine and what kind of issues could this path to marriage/green card cause? Does anyone have any advice on the steps we should take or have experience in a similar situation? Thank you for any advice!

We were married in October (K1) and submitted applications for adjustment of status, work permit, advance parole and received NOA/I-797C for each of them. The receipt number for all of them starts with IOE which means digital/electronic processing I read on some attorney's websites. It says on the bottom of each I-797C that the USCIS office is "National Benefits Center". I'm just trying to get more information to see if we've done something wrong. He was called to and attended the biometrics appointment at the local office in December, and we haven't heard anything after that. When using the tracking feature on USCIS website, it just says "Actively Reviewing" for each document/application.

I'm getting paranoid and the stress he is experiencing at having no ability to work or travel to see his family is becoming very hard for him psychologically. Sorry if this is answered elsewhere; just hoping to get answers and make sure we did everything right and haven't missed something.

The title pretty much says it all, but I'm wondering if there's special instructions now that my wife is approved to work. She's applying to a job and we are wondering if there's additional documentation she'll have to bring to the employer, and/or there is an extra step or website we have to go to report a new job to the USCIS?
