US Immigration from South Korea

Hello folks. My fianc e received her bachelors in her country but thinks if she were to pursue the same path then it might be more beneficial to receive a bachelors from an Accredited univerisity/college in the US. Mind you, she barely speaks English so she ll need to start with ESL classes first I figured since she already has a degree and working experience it shouldn t matter but she thinks otherwise. Any suggestions? If it helps, she majored in performing arts - clarinet and have performed in multiple orchestras.

This might be a stupid question, so I apologize in advance.

So my husband will be visiting the U.S. this summer for two weeks and we are looking at flights. They are all crazy expensive bcuz of fuel costs, so we are thinking about booking each flight on different airlines to save some money. He would have an inbound flight to US on one airline and a return flight booked with another airline.

Does it matter if his return flight is on a different airline for his ESTA? or it doesn't matter as long as you have the return flight (regardless of the airline)?

We have a pending I-130 so we will make sure he has evidence of intent to return to Korea (job, travel insurance, etc.).

Hello everyone. Have you traveled out of U.S as a green card holder? If yes.., which line did you stand on or follow at the airport? Immigrant line, Citizen's line or regular Visitor's line?

Hello, my wife received her EAD combo card last year with her SSN card. The SSN card reads VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION. Now, that she obtained her green card, should she apply for a new/replacement SSN card?

I filed an 1-130 for my husband and I was trying to find some information online regarding military records for Korean men for the CR-1/IR-1 visa.

Does anyone know more about this?
Do they just check that the Korean husband has completed their service?

My husband actually received a medical exemption and completed his service, so I am curious how this affects our case.

If anyone can help me and provide more information that would be great!
