US Immigration from South Africa

Hi everyone, i'm really thankful for this website and community so far during our k1 process. I am the US petitioner and my fiance is from South Africa. We scheduled our k1 interview for January 30th. Very excited!

My question pertains to the financial support documents I134 for the interview.

I am using a cosponsor (my parents) because this year I only made 11k. I work part-time as a remote bookkeeper for my parent's company. My parents made about 90k last year so that should be more than enough (household size including fiance will be 6)

The problem is, I wont have my 2019 tax transcript in time for the interview. I may have my tax return but I'm not sure, it may be too soon. The previous year (2018) I did not have an income as I had a difficult pregnancy and could not work. The year before that (2017) I made 26k as a sonogrpaher.

I assume I must still report my income as 11k, but what if I don't have the documents to prove it yet? Should I state 11k but only provide my 2018 tax transcript with less than 1k income?

I would appreciate any insight on the topic. Thank you so much in advance.

Happy New Year great people!!..I need ur help..I am absolutely having a hard time uploading my bank statements to CEAC as part of my proof of assets. I have all my statements from 2 accounts of checking and 2 of savings. I did the affidavit of support without a joint sponsor coz i have enough (cash) assets to make up the difference. I know NVC doesnt want u to break down a file... they want all in one as i understand it. Can somebody who has done it before pliz help me out. I was thinking of going to Staples here in New york so they can put everything together and compress the file. i am technologically challenged. i dont even know how to put all the statements in one file.Somebody help me pliz. I was so hoping to send everything before the brand new year.

Thought I would start a thread for this since I didn't see it anywhere else. This is for all Potomac filers of the I-130 in 2019. I noticed that the last person to get approved had a NOA1 date of July 1st and there hasn't been another one since the beginning of the month. My projection for receiving approval had pegged the date between the end of January and the beginning of February, with an email estimate of February 5th. However, today the projection suddenly changed to between June and September of 2020 - a six month leap. I don't understand what could cause this so suddenly as the data hasn't really changed at all over the past couple of weeks. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?

Its been 60 days today and still on AP, so sad I won't be with my wife this Christmas.

Has anyone gone through this process, I am fed up and losing. hope now

I hope that all his well with you guys. I have a question, I don't know if any of you encountered the same problem. We applied for our police report from Cape Town on the 15th of november and up to now we didn't received it yet and my fiancee interview is on this 19th of this month meaning in about 3days. What should we do? proceed with the interview or what should we do?
