US Immigration from South Africa

My interview will occur before I get my EAD; we do not have any joint accounts etc.

What could I bring to show our marriage is legit? My spouse is happy to pay the bills etc. and isn't keen on having joint assets.

Is the beneficiary/spouse deported as the AOS will be denied? Or would they give you a chance to find a job, refile/RFE perhaps?

I was approved since Oct 24th 2019 and since have been on AP without 221g, I never got 221g but now that Trump travel ban is implented, please tell me this is not going to affect me as I am hoping I will hear from the Johannesburg Consular. And Yes I am From Nigeria but live in South Africa

Well on the 29th January marked 60 working days after I got email to submit proof of relationship after consular have seen it at the embassy during my interview.

29th of January this month I checked ceac and saw there was an update, case was touched on that day.

don't know who has been past this stage, please kind tell me is this now a good sign, to be honest, I am loosing hope of going to be with my wife as I have already left work and waiting since oct 24th after interview and got verbal approval, Please let me know if this is a good sign. thank you.

Is this form necessary to file when filing an Adjustment of Status? I've read different things so I need confirmation.
