Hello everyone,

I know many of us are getting impatient and worried with all the changes going on. However, I am at a crossroads as I USC have kids and my fianc does not. I am able to study abroad as I am a Uni student should I take that chance or just wait it out?
also is it possible to file for a tourist visa after filing for a k1 but buying a round ticket so he could come here then travel with my kids and me.

I need some help. My condtional permanent residence card, marriage certificate, social security ,DL and everything else is still in my maiden name. Am i allowed to start using my husbands last name when i apply for the I751 so my green card can come back with my married name? How can i change all the above documents into my married name.

Is it important in the NVC stage to have the passport number of the foreigner? As my fianc was looking at form DS-160 and saw that. However, what if my fianc cannot get a passport due to the pandemic the offices being closed. Is it possible to leave it blank but add a letter from the officials stating that? Thanks
