Hello everyone,

I am moving but I have not received my NOA2. Should I update that with uscis online? Also should I request mail forward service from USPS to be on the safe side?

another thing is I changed my phone number updated it on the uscis account do I need to report this to them as well?

also would doing this make any delays in my case? Thank you :)

Hello everyone,

reading the forums I know I m not alone in feeling frustrated on how K-1 are being handled. I ve spoken to attorneys and I basically have been told by all of them a k-1 is a wrong choice. Have any of y all decided to just ditch the k-1 and go to your fianc country? As that s what I m considering doing but, if I do that would it impact us in the future if we obviously went the spousal route years later.

I had applied previously for my Mother to come to the USA. Now I am applying for my husband to stay in the USA. My Timeline is a total mess and I want to help others, as I have been helped, to see what the status is. However, all my Mothers info remains on the page. I just want to start with a clean and clear timeline and put in my new info.

Hi there, hoping to get some advice. I sent an application for an I-601 waiver application for my then 16 year old daughter and received a receipt date in December 2019 for a medical waiver. In May 2020 we received notice that the case was being moved to Nebraska Service Center to speed up processing. I was always assuming that her application was at the Nebraska Service Centre all this time as all my research showed that this is the only center that processes the waivers. Does this mean that the processing time estimate only counts from May 2020??

I sent in a case enquiry and got reply but not really an answer of any kind. Is it worth applying for the case to be expedited. As far as I can see, the case has not even been assigned to a case officer as of yet.

Has anybody had there waivers approved recently??

Any assistance or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
