US Immigration from South Africa

Hi Guys!

So I came to the Us on a Visitors visa last year! I stayed for 5 months and went back to my home country! I came back 6 months later and after being in the US I met someone a month later and we ended up getting married 4 months later! So now I want to stay obviously! So I did not come to the US with the intent of getting married but I want to know if it would be better for me to go back and go the CR-1 route or to just file from adjustment of status right now? Because I have 30 days left on my current visa?

please anything will help! I appreciate it

Just check CEAC site, saw this, status still shows Refused

A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please see the letter you received at the interview.

I never got any letter of refusal at time of interview, please can someone tell me what is going on>?

My wife I-601 case was approved on October 05, 2020. We received our notification on October 08, 2020.

Anyone aware about the time frame for the Johannesburg to be officially notified

The I-601 processing took 14 Months. Will she redo the interview and medical exam?

Well its been one year of my approval and still no visa.. Passport was kept and still have not heard anything since 24th oct 2019, Now I am requesting my passport to enable me renew my residence permit here in South Africa, I leant someone people was interviewed Sept and Oct and has been give approval and visa's I really don't understand what is going on, can someone please advise

my husband applied for my daughter and I in August. Our application was received by Nebraska and my daughter was approved in 5 days- her petition is now at Nvc. My application was transferred to potomac. Assuming mine will take another 10 months or so, is it ok just to leave my daughters application unpaid at NVC while mine catches up? I dont want her to get her visa while my i130 isnt even approved because she cant travel alone. Thanks
