I don't know if this is a good news or something I should be expecting or be happy about, but I am trying to stay calm, Embassy wants wife tax for 2019 wife has sent it. Embassy wants my passport, Police clearance as the one on file has expired, and also to have my medical, I have also applied for police clearance, in which I know its the delay, it takes SAPs to issue it after 2 weeks. Please I do like to know is it that after they received all these will visa will be issued? Its been a very long journey for us please tell me I am finally going to meet and be with my wife?

On Friday I started uploading our documents to NVC. I am the USC petitioning for my minor stepson. I added my husband as family member as he (GC) is the breadwinner. I am a SAHM at the moment. His income is well over the 125% of the poverty line but my mom is acting as a joint sponsor because our tax return for 2020 doesn t reflect our current income as we arrived in the states last year and it s not a full years income.

anyhow, I have added them on the CEAC but there is still n/a where I should be uploading their documents. Do I need to hit submit on mine first? When I was uploading the initial info needed, the pop up said that it should be about an hour before I could upload their Supporting documents but still says n/a.

If we not starting the k1 process until late sept early oct this year. What is your opinion of when my fianc do his medical exam .

Like if the k1 is file early oct and sent off and we wait for approval then it sent to embassy. What month this year or next approximately you think the medical exam take place

Hi, I applied for expedited review of I-765 based on pending I-485. We received the following email:

"We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly."

Our case trackers shows the case is now closed. Does anyone have more information on what this means? Is the case under review, the actual I-765, or are we still waiting to hear back on whether the expedited review has been approved?

our I-130 petition to bring my stepson to live with us in the US was approved and we are preparing to file our affidavit of support with NVC. So, I am the petitioner but have no income as a stay-at-home mom. We were previously living abroad and 2020 was my husband s first year in the US. We arrived in February and He began his job in June (thanks, Covid). His annual income is sufficient to file on our own, but it doesn t look like it going by our tax return for the year so my mom is filing as a joint sponsor. Because I have no income, does my husband file an I-864A or is our joint return and letter from his employer sufficient for the I-864?

Also, we are currently building a house and will be all living together. My mom will have an in-law suite in the new house. So would she file an I-864 or I-864A?
