We were under the assumption that my husband did not need( was not required ) to file taxes , we now know we have to.

After my interview at the consular we are required to send them a ---tax transcript--- .

As you know a tax transcript takes around 4 months.

What is the possibility of them accepting a registered CPA letter with the returns the CPA has filed?

How do we get this done quick?

So my parents are scheduled for an interview at the Seoul Consulate on July 8th.

Unfortunately, they won t be out of quarantine until July 20th, so obviously, this needs to be rescheduled.

I m being told rescheduling is handled by CGIFederal according to this link that the Seoul Embassy routes me to.

Hi everyone. I am due to mail in my paperwork for ROC in December. I will need to travel out of country for 1-2 months in December and January.
Just wondering if this is possible? I don't know what the process is for ROC, outside of getting the paperwork together and mailing it in, and payment.
IS there biometrics again? IF so, when. If I sent it in at the start of December, will I be able to be out of the country until early Feb?

Hi all. I cant find anything on this at all in these forums. Interview was on the 7th of June. All the CO said was that he hadnt made a decision but he kept my passport and gave me nothing. I did not get any letter from him. Not a 221g AP letter nor the rejection letter. I just checked the CEAC website, and it says the below, ive seen in the AP forums that 'refused' can change, im not sure how that works? This was updated the day of my interview so im not stuck on it as it doesnt make sense to deny the visa and keep my passport. I havent gotten any communication from them. Anyone know what it means lol, im totally thrown off by not getting the 221g or any letter from the CO??? This is for an F1. Returning to complete the last year of my degree after 6 years. TIA
