US Immigration from South Africa

Good morning, I have read thru the guides for naturalization and I just want to make sure I understand correctly.... My husband and I have been married for three years (2019) however he has only been a permanent resident since oct. 2020 (because of COVID and things shutting down) so in essence he has only be a Permanent Resident for 1 yr 9 months.. does this mean he cant do Naturalization and we have to Lift Conditions instead? Is there no graph in the Processing Times for Potomac? I know you can choose Potomac as your SC and follow individual timelines but there doesn't seem to be any data in the

IR1/CR1 Visa Historical Processing Times tab at the top of the page.

Hi, I tried searching as well, but not having any luck getting an answer for my question. My wife and I have an oath ceremony scheduled in Houston on Saturday, Gears road field office.

Are we allowed to bring guests to the ceremony?

What about our kids? We have a 6 year old who is becoming a citizen that day as well with us automatically. And another 4 year old as well, but he is a citizen, but we'll have to bring him with us.

Please let me know if you had your oath ceremony there recently.
