Hello, my name is Mitja Duh, I am a citizen of Slovenia, Europe, my wife is an USA citizen and she is pregnant with our 2nd child. Her due date is September 27th and she will have to have a C-section. Of course, she would need help with the baby after birth and we are wondering, if there is ANY WAY that I would be able to visit her in the USA, be there for the birth of our child and afterwards help her with the baby ...? We would be so much grateful for any answer or insight on this matter. Thanks to anyone who reads the question and answers, I so much appreciate your time. Best regards, Mitja Duh

My husband and I have been married for a year now, and we've finally been able to afford to start filing our petition. Since I've only visited him once in the US (ESTA), we do not have plenty of 'proof' of our relationship. We're about ready to send in our petition, with a big lack of any primary evidence. What all can we include in our petition, and what is the process to getting someone to write a letter of a bona fide marriage (does it have to be notaried, who can write it for us etc.)?

Hello, This is my first time posting here and I hope that it is in the correct place. On 09/10/2019 my wife and I received our second approval letter for her CR1 Visa and her case went to the NVC; I've seen a lot of posts on here about how it takes 4-8 weeks for our case to be input into the system and receive our logon credentials for CEAC. But as of today, 12/19/2019, we have still not received our login information to continue the process. I've tried calling the NVC but wasn't offered much help when inquiring about my wife's case. Does this part of the process normally take a little longer at times? I've seen quite a few posts on here from people who received their letter after we did and have already gone to the next steps of the process. Thank you for any input, - Justin

I visited my husband on an esta on the 23rd of july, and left on the 16th of october (an 87 day visit). What i'm wondering is, what is the recommended time before visiting again with esta, and if the duration of your last trip plays any roll with it. I know it's all up to the cbp officer if they allow me to enter the country, but do reasons for a visit have anything with getting denied or approved access? Before filing for a cr-1, we have to do some paperwork with getting my last name changed for the i-130, and it would be much cheaper and easier to deal with if done in the u.s.
